FixedFocus is a fixed-focus camera app for digiscoping and birding, designed to keep focus locked instead of hunting between branches.
Camera access is used solely to show the live preview, calculate focus peaking (high-contrast outlines), and capture photos and videos. The camera stream is processed in real time in your device's memory and is never stored elsewhere or uploaded.
Microphone access is used solely to record audio when you record video.
Photo library access is used solely to save the photos and videos you capture directly to your device's local photo library.
FixedFocus does not require registration or an account, and does not collect or request any personal identifier information. We do not integrate any third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, or advertising networks, and the app does not transmit your photos, videos, camera settings, or location data to our servers or any third party.
FixedFocus is free to download with core focus-lock features included. The optional Pro upgrade (focus peaking, AE/EV lock, HD video recording, volume-key shutter) is a one-time in-app purchase processed and secured entirely by Apple's App Store payment system (StoreKit 2). We never see or store your payment information.
FixedFocus is a camera utility not directed at children, and collects no data from anyone, including children.
