Does this app need an internet connection?
Yes, to fetch new photos and serve ads. Previously cached images/quotes can still be viewed offline.
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
Only if you use "Contribute Quote" — that text is stored in a public Google Sheets database. AdMob also collects an advertising identifier and device info for ad delivery. Everything else (preferences, stats, cache) stays on your device.
Is this a subscription?
The app offers optional lifetime ad-removal and festival template subscription or purchase, while remaining fully usable for free with ads.
Can I turn off personalized ads?
Yes — limit ad tracking in your device's privacy settings.
