Random Quote & Picture shows you a random photo paired with an inspirational quote, styled like a Polaroid card.
The app uses Google AdMob to display ads. In this process Google may collect your advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID), device information (model, OS version), usage data, and IP address (used for geolocation) to serve personalized ads. You can limit ad tracking at any time in your device settings.
If you use the "Contribute Quote" feature, the quote text you submit is stored in our Google Sheets database and may be visible to other users of the app. You can choose not to use this feature.
Random Quote & Picture does not access your Photos library. The images it displays are downloaded from Picsum Photos, an external stock-photo source, and cached on your device for faster, offline viewing — the app does not use or upload any photo of yours.
Your preferences (such as image source selection), usage statistics (draw count, most-viewed quotes), and cached images/quotes are stored only on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. This data is removed when you uninstall the app.
The app does not require an account and does not store personally identifiable information such as your name or email address, other than whatever quote text you voluntarily submit through "Contribute Quote."
Random Quote & Picture is free to download and use, supported by Google AdMob advertising. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
The app is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
